upus Information

If you have not already discovered on your own, there is a huge amount of information available on lupus, but not a lot of help to figure out what all of it means to you. We hope this section of the web site will help guide your understanding of Lupus.

Much has changed and many advancements have been made over the last few years. Books from a decade ago are nearly obsolete. For example, the life expectancy of a lupus patient who follows their doctors advice, recognizes flares and listens to the body can expect to live a normal life expectancy. Most lupus patients will be able to have careers, watch their children grow up, and enjoy rewarding productive lives. We want to help you to do that.
