The new Oprah.Com Lupus page

Posted in Lupus in the News on 7/16/2010

The Ad Council was thrilled to announce this week the launch of the Oprah.com micro site featuring the Lupus Awareness National campaign, a campaign the Lupus Alliance and its affiliates have been proud to be a part of since its launch late last year.

The micro site oprah.com/lupus is part of a robust women’s health section of oprah.com. The micro site includes general lupus information and encourages visitors to learn more about the disease through interactive assessment tools and personal stories. Free e-cards are available, as well as a message board encouraging the sharing of personal experiences with others.

In addition, the micro site will house several Web banners that direct visitors to the Lupus Awareness campaign site Could I have Lupus.gov for more information. The micro site will remain live for at least the next three months.
